Class Descriptions

Level 1-2 This class is designed for students new to Anusara yoga. Includes instruction in all basic poses, teaching Anusara alignment and breathwork.

.Level 2 - This is a more rigourous practice and more challenging poses are introduced. Students must have a strong understanding of the Anusara principles. The emphasis will be to refine your practice and build endurance .

Level 3 - For intermediate/advanced students who would like to take their practice to the next level. This class requires strength & stamina. More challenging poses will be introduced and playfully explored. Must be able to kick up to handstands at the wall and do backbends unassisted.

The Practice - Is a highly challenging 2 hour class that is by permission only. It is a structured practice session with the instructor practicing along with the students. This class requires strength, stamina and a thorough understanding of the Anusara Alignment Principles. It includes all types of inversions , arm balances and backbends. Class is on a drop in basis $15

Power & Grace - (Some Yoga & Pilates experience required)
A fun, energizing class which offers a blend of yoga and pilates
You will get amazingly stronger, leaner, and more balanced .
You will create new body awareness and a calmer, more focused mind.
You will develop a body instilled with “Power and Grace”.
