Level 1-2
Description: Designed to teach the fundamentals of Anusara Yoga to students new to yoga or Anusara. This class focuses on increasing strength and flexibility through standing postures and introductory backbends and hip openers.
Level 2
Description: A dynamic practice for students with some yoga experience who are ready for more energetic practice. Classes may include handstands, introductory arm balances, and backbends. |

Level 3
Description: Take your practice to a more advanced level by working on a wider spectrum of more challenging poses, including more advanced backbends and hip openers. A working knowledge of Anusara's Universal Principles encouraged.
Prerequisite: Able to push up into backbend without assistance and kick into handstand at the wall. |
